Check-In & Check-Out Procedure

All guests must provide key personal information and documents before boarding the cruise ship. Travel to some destinations require passports and/or special visas and travel authorizations. Please check carefully and apply for related documents in advance.

  • Check-in and boarding times depend on ship schedule. Please refer to your cruise ticket which will highlight boarding / check-in times.

  • Guests are required to present their cruise ticket at check-in counter to obtain their stateroom key card.

  • Please prepare to present you Confirmation Slip/Cruise Ticket. Any other document that reports booking confirmation is not valid for passage; Guests without a Confirmation Slip may be denied boarding.

  • It is not mandatory for guests to provide credit card / debit card or cash deposit to establish their onboard account. However, pre- authorization will facilitate faster express check-out and final settlement of your account on the last day of your cruise.

  • Alternatively, you may approach reception to settle your account.

  • If you don't need any official receipt, you can settle the stateroom via the Dream APP and disembark accordingly.

  • Once you have settled your stateroom account you may collect your travel documents (if any) and disembark according to the schedule.

  • Suites guests can enjoy their priority check-in, priority embarkation and disembarkation and relax in the designated priority check-in lounge

  • Disembarkation will only commence after ship clearance is obtained from local authorities.
