Explorer Dream: To further enhance Dream Cruises’ preventive measures, check-in service counters located in Keelung Cruise Terminal will cease operation effective from 1 March 2021 in order to minimize crowd exposure and to promote social distancing. All guests traveling on Explorer Dream will now be required to check-in online prior to embarkation.
