        BOOKING
  • The mandatory fields for making a booking are: your first name, last name, birth date, citizenship, residency, passport details and contact details such as email or phone number. Charges will be incurred for any amendments. 

    AGE LIMIT
  • The minimum age onboard is 6-months. 
  • Any guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/ adult / legal guardian 18 years+ 

    CREDIT CARD
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB and American Express. We accept Debit Cards as long as it is with Visa, Master Card or China Union Pay (CUP).

    CURRENCY
  • All prices onboard are in Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) currently until Genting Dream relocates to Singapore in for winter season 2017. Foreign currency exchange service is available at the Reception.

    CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE
  • Check-in and boarding times depend on ship schedule. Please refer to your Confirmation Slips which will highlight boarding/check-in times.
  • Guests are required to present their Confirmations Slip at check-in counter to obtain their stateroom key card.
  • It is not mandatory for guests to provide credit card/debit card or cash deposit to establish their onboard account.  However, pre- authorization will facilitate faster Express check-out and final settlement of your account on the last day of your cruise.
  • Alternatively you may approach reception to settle your account.   
  • Once you have settled your stateroom account you may collect your passport & disembark  
  • Suites guests can enjoy their priority check-in, priority embarkation and disembarkation.
  • Disembarkation will only commence after ship clearance is obtained from local Authorities.

    BAGGAGE 
  • For your comfort, guests are advised to travel light. Each person is allowed to bring along up to two pieces of personal luggage onboard, with a maximum weight of 50 pounds (23kg). 
  • Luggage check-in will be available at the check-in counter. However, open bags, plastic bags and any fragile items in luggage are not encouraged to be checked in. All important medicine or important document must not be placed in checked in luggage as it might take time for your luggage to be delivered to your stateroom. 
  • It is advised to check with the airline for baggage policy if you are travelling by air. 

    DRESS CODE
  • As a general rule, Resort Casual is appropriate during day and we encourage smart casual in the evening. Do remember to bring along appropriate attire for the pool, spa and gym if you wish to use the facilities.

    OUTDOOR
  • Resort Relaxed/ Active Wear/ Swimwear is acceptable all day at outdoor public areas such as main swimming pool and Zouk Club area aft Decks 16, 17 & 18 and The Lido buffet restaurants. This includes shorts, T-shirts, and other comfortable attire.  

    INDOOR DAY TIME
  • Resort Casual is acceptable up till 5:00pm in most indoor public areas including Decks 6, 7 & 8 indoor restaurants. Appropriate attire includes dress or tailored shorts, T-shirts, jeans, summer dresses.  

    EVENING
  • Resort Evening Wear from 5:00pm, gentlemen are encouraged to wear Polo shirt, collared shirt, jacket, long pants, dress jeans and closed toe shoes are required. Ladies feel free to dress in elegant evening wear including dresses, pants.
    No slippers, swimwear, dressing gowns or active wear is permitted within the indoor public areas including A la Carte restaurants, bars or Zodiac theatre.

    LAUNDRY SERVICES
  • We offer complete laundry & valet services at minimal charge. Please contact Reception or Housekeeping.

    SMOKING 
  • Smoking is permitted on open decks and in designated public areas only (i.e. Bars. Smoking in-room is strictly prohibited).
    Cigarette, E-Cigarettes and Cigars are permitted.

    NON-SMOKING AREAS
  • Smoking is prohibited in all other than above mentioned indoor areas of the ship including all other public rooms, lounges, corridors and restaurants, as well as all staterooms and all suites.
  • Please note, if smoke is detected inside a stateroom or suite, a deep cleaning fee of HKD 2300 will be billed to your account (price to be confirmed).

    IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE:
    NEVER DO:
    Never throw cigarettes or cigars overboard as the cigarette or cigar may be carried by wind back into another stateroom and cause serious fire.
    Never smoke on open decks and balconies during refueling (usually in port stay).

    ALWAYS DO
    Always stub out cigarettes or cigars only in to provided Hurricane type ashtrays. 
    Always make sure cigarettes and cigars are completely extinguished before disposing into ashtray.

    MEDICAL
  • Clinic is located at mid ship Deck 5 MID.
  • If you need medical assistance onboard, you may call the ship’s doctor or the Reception.  There will be a charges for medical services rendered. 
  • Guests are advised to bring their own medical equipment if necessary (e.g., Nebulizer, C-pap, Bi-pap, medicine, oxygen, etc.).  You must check with our Reservation Department or Contact Centre before sailing to see if the equipment is allowed onboard. 
  • For guests with medical condition or special care, you need to secure approval prior to boarding.  Requirements include: 
    1. Approval from the VP Nautical 
    2. Medical certificate from the guest’s attending physician, detailing condition and medications
    3. Signed indemnity form obtained from onboard Doctor

  • In case of any emergency, helicopter assistance can be provided to transport guests to the nearest hospital.

GRATUITY

Dream Cruises charges a per person gratuity as part of our cruise offering. The gratuity will be charged onboard to our guests’ stateroom folio at the end of the cruise when the guest settles their onboard expenses.

As safety is always our top priority and as a precautionary measure, Dream Cruises is enforcing a temporary ban with immediate effect on the onboard use and battery charging of Samsung Galaxy Note 7 devices for all guests and crew members due to recent incidents and concerns raised on the devices and the potential risk of defective batteries overheating and catching fire. 
Please turn off and secure the power switch of your device, as well as disable all applications that may involuntarily activate the device while onboard.
We strongly recommend storing your electronics and valuables in your stateroom safe.
